About Us

At Green’s Produce & Plants, based in Arlington, TX, quality has been our goal since 1969 when owner Tom Baron arrived at market in the wee hours of morning to be the first to make his selection of produce from the farmers’ stalls. He traveled local farms in Texas to get the freshest black-eyed peas, the best tasting tomatoes, or Parker County peaches. Mr.Baron hand-selected the best ferns, mums and other plants the growers had to offer.

Although Mr. Baron no longer works so many hours, he watches over the operations in the capable hands of our operations manager, Patti White (Mr. Baron’s daughter) and our product manager, Sean Price.
